We offer free standard shipping across India, with Express Delivery available for Rs. 99. Orders are processed within 1 working day, and delivery usually takes 1-5 working days, depending on your location. During festive seasons, processing times may extend to 3-4 days. We accept payments via VISA/Mastercard, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so before it is processed. Once shipped, changes, cancellations, or address updates are not possible. For failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or refusal, the item will be reshipped at your expense. Please track your order with the provided tracking number, as we do not offer refunds for items marked as delivered.

At Septembre, we want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free exchanges on unused, unworn items within 3 days of delivery. Simply ensure the jewelry is in its original packaging and contact our customer care team to arrange the exchange. The first exchange is free, but repeat exchanges incur a Rs. 200 fee.

We also offer free returns on unused, unworn, or damaged items within 3 days. Eligible returns will receive full credit in the form of a gift card valid for 6 months. Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and missing or used items may result in deductions from your refund. For returns or exchanges, please contact us, and we’ll arrange the return shipment.
