WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

  • Standard Shipping (Pan India): Free
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charge of Rs. 100

  • Express Delivery: Rs. 99

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?

  • We process and dispatch your order within 1 working day and hand it over to our courier partner. After that, delivery typically takes 1-5 working days depending on your location.

  • During festive or holiday seasons, due to high order volumes and courier company holidays, processing and delivery times may extend to 3-4 working days.

  • For faster delivery, we recommend opting for Express Delivery to ensure timely arrival.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification along with your shipment tracking number.

PAYMENT METHODS
 We accept a variety of secure payment options including:

  • VISA/Mastercard (credit/debit cards)
  • UPI
  • Net banking

Payments are processed through our trusted payment gateways RazorPay, PhonePe, and Easebuzz. All payments are in INR (Indian National Rupee).

You can also choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

CAN YOU CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER?

  • You can request to change or cancel your order before it has been processed. Simply send us your request through any of our contact channels.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

CAN YOU CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS?

  • You may request to change your shipping address after placing your order. Please reach out to us through our contact channels.

  • However, once your order has been processed and dispatched, we cannot change or reroute the order. In such cases, we are not responsible for any issues with the delivery if the wrong address was provided.

FAILED DELIVERY OF THE PACKAGE

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the item will be reshipped at the customer's expense.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by our courier partner.

  • Please track your shipment using the provided tracking number to ensure your order reaches you.
