We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return process to make it easy for you.

FREE EXCHANGES

(MAX 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR SIZES & ITEMS)

We offer free exchanges on unused and unworn items within 3 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange:

1. Ensure the jewelry is unused and in its original packaging, including items and boxes.
   

2. Contact our customer care team to request an exchange.
   

3. We will arrange for our logistics partner to pick up the parcel.
   

Once we receive your exchange parcel and complete our quality inspection, we’ll dispatch the exchanged item to you. The first exchange is free!

• Engraved, Personalized, or Custom Plated Items will NOT be eligible for exchange.
  

• Repeat exchanges will incur a fee of Rs. 200.

FREE RETURNS

(MAX 3 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY)

We offer free returns on unused, unworn, or damaged items (in shipping) within 3 days of delivery. If eligible, you will receive full credit in the form of a gift card to use on our website. The gift card is valid for 6 months from the date issued and is transferable and giftable.

Please note:

• If items are missing or used upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the MRP of the missing product from your refund credit amount.

• If your purchase was made using credits or partial credits, a Rs. 300 delivery charge will apply for returns.
  

• Please ensure you have original packaging (items and boxes) and contact our customer care team. We will arrange for the return shipment to be picked up by our logistics partner.
  

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
