At Septembre, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our jewelry. That's why all of our 925 sterling silver jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, just contact us with your order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Warranty Details:

• Replating or Stone Fixing (within 6 months of purchase):
  If your rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver jewelry requires replating or stone fixing within six months of purchase, we’ll handle the plating at no cost to you, except for a Rs 350 shipping fee. We’ll return your jewelry within 2-3 business days.
  

• Replating (after 6 months from purchase):
  If your 925 sterling silver jewelry requires replating after six months, we charge Rs 300 for shipping and Rs 500 for the replating service. Your jewelry will be shipped back to you within 2-3 business days.
  

• Stone Fixing (after 6 months from purchase):
  If a stone in your jewelry needs fixing after six months, we charge Rs 300 for shipping and the cost of the stones (Rs 30 for small stones and Rs 60 for larger stones). We’ll ship it back within 2-3 business days.
  

Breakage Warranty:

In case of damage or breakage due to wear and tear or loss of stones because of mishandling, we offer a 15% store credit based on your order value. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item along with your order ID, and we’ll issue the credit to you.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

• For warranty claims, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with a brief description of the issue and your order details.
  

• You can also choose to self-ship the product back to us. Just ask for our address, and we’ll provide the details.
